01. When is Check-in & Check-out ?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM for an additional fee and must be booked before arrival to ensure availability.
If arriving early, registered guests are welcome to park on-site and head into town while waiting for check-in.
02. Do we accept animals ?
No, we are not animal-friendly.
This policy helps protect our antique furniture, carpeted floors, and ensures a comfortable stay for all guests.
03. Where can bicycles be stored ?
Bicycles may be stored in the Victoria event room, accessible by an outdoor ramp at the back of the building. The room is locked after 10:00 PM and reopens at 7:00 AM. Availability is occasionally limited due to events
If this space is unavailable, bicycles can remain locked on your vehicle bike rack. Knowlton is a very safe area, and there have been no past issues with theft.
04. Is our restaurant open ?
Yes, breakfast is currently offered on site, along with our pub service.
Breakfast is served Thursday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Our pub is open for drinks and casual dining throughout the evening, and guests are welcome to enjoy the space throughout the day. Bar and food service is available from 3 PM to 10PM every day.
